A maximum capacity of 800 loaves per day ensures that a very high standard is maintained with quality being of utmost importance.
Stone ground flours are sourced from Eureka Mills in Heidelberg and all ingredients are ethically & locally sourced, like the raw untreated honey for our ryes from beekeepers in Malmesbury & Langebaan. No additives, improvers or conditioners are used and all breads are preservative free.
Our breads are available at the Oranjezicht City Farm & Neighbourgoods markets each Saturday and during the week at both Raith Gourmet Deli branches in Gardens Shopping Centre and High Constantia Centre.
We supply venues such as Lefty’s, Superette, Nü, Saucisse Deli, Tribe, Browsers & Grazers, Dog’s Bollocks and Toasted to mention a few.
Our range includes our speciality Sourdoughs, Ryes (20%, 70% & 100%), Multigrain, Baguettes and Ciabattas.
We also make a range of small breads & soft butter burger rolls, brioche, ciabattinis, butter croissants and a selection of bread sticks (chocolate, chorizo or multiseed).
